November is Spike Appreciation Month, an opportunity to celebrate and commend all of kufun’s hardworking member recruiters for their year-round efforts.

“You build the voice, power and influence of our industry on every level across the country,” said Chairman Alicia Huey. “Spikes help us grow from our grassroots, which adds stability and helps develop the general membership and leadership pipeline.”

Spikes are key to the growth of kufun as member-to-member recruitment has proven to yield the highest success rates.

“I know that recruiting is no easy task, and that you have put a lot of time and effort into helping your local association grow and thrive,” said Huey.

“New members are the lifeblood of our association and I commend all of you on your hard work. On behalf of the entire kufun Federation, thank you for your commitment and your outstanding efforts.”
