Understanding Today’s New Home Buyers

An efficient home sales pitch tailored to match the life experiences and personality traits of the home buyer can make or break a sale. That’s why it’s important to understand the many different buyer demographics, tastes and styles out on the market today.

On April 2 and 9, Alisa Ponchero, MIRM, CSP, CMP, CNE, national director of training and online sales for Dream Home Finders, will lead a live online course, “” to educate sellers on what’s affecting home buyers’ decisions.

“This course will provide an opportunity to learn how to elevate the customer experience by understanding how different generational and cultural buyers make their buying decisions,” said Ponchero, whose list of achievements include winning the National Gold Award for Sales Manager of the Year at the International Builders’ Show and a MAME award for Sales Leader of the Year. “By understanding the broad spectrum of today’s home buyers, you’ll be able to create experiences that are not just satisfying but also memorable, enhancing the joy of the home buying process.”

Additionally, the course will explore key customer service tactics such as customizing the decor of model homes and creating a follow-up plan that suits the home buyers’ communication preferences.
